Machinists

We are seeking accomplished machinists with experience on horizontal mills; vertical mills, 4 axis lathes or mill/turns. 5 years of demonstrated machining experience is required. You need to be able to interpret operational drawings and successfully execute machining including set up, fixturing, tooling and programming. Most of our parts have tight tolerances requiring competency with inspection tools and GD&T. Experience with Mazaks and Mazatrol programming is a plus.

Deburr / General Maintenance

We are seeking a dependable hard worker who is looking to get established in the machining trade. Duties would include deburring, tumbling, washing and painting of parts, raw material cutoff and general maintenance of facilities and machines (e.g. chip disposal; sweeping, CNC machine maintenance)

Assembly / Repair & Overhaul

We offer a propriety line of hydraulic motors and live tooling that we assemble and test in house. We also provide repair/overhaul services on motors and tooling for customers. We are seeking a candidate with experience with small motor assembly and repair or for someone who is mechanically-inclined that can be trained in this area. The position requires strong attention to details and a basic understanding of hydraulics.

Grinding / Welding

A number of our parts requires grinding and/or welding. These are not full-time positions, but will be combined with other duties. We are seeking an individual with grinding experience with OD; ID and surface grinders. Candidates possessing good attention to detail and an aptitude to learn will also be considered.

Quality Assurance

I am looking for a quality inspector and/or quality manager. CMM experience with ability to accurately write programs in PC-DMIS and understands quality requirements, theories and methodologies.

Sales

We are seeking a new business professional with experience calling on tier-one military suppliers and other larger companies. A willingness to cold call and ability to identify and cultivate opportunities is required. The position also requires strong and professional oral and written communication skills and ability to interface with potential customers and support existing customers.
