History

Planet Products Corporation was established in 1947. Initially, Planet engineered and built hydraulic motion control systems for the various machine tool manufacturers in Cincinnati. Gradually, the company shifted focus towards rebar deformation generators and automated machinery for food processing and packaging machines.

Today, this broad depth of experience has led to our current focus on precision, high-quality contract manufacturing.

Planet has always had engineering and manufacturing support to bring their ideas to life, and we are the original (and current) manufacturers of patented live tooling as well as legacy pumps and motors used by various industries.
